I noticed late Friday night on FaceBook there was an official post from MCOM in regards to a Eastern Shore Cruise. Was for either Saturday or Sunday, I cant recall. I was surprised that there was no thread in the events section here on the site, and in my opinion is very short notice for anyone to go for a long cruise like this one is. I also noticed that the information was from 2009, which made me scratch my bald head as we are in 2013. At first I thought I was mistaken, and someone commented on something that happened in '09 but no this was brand new.

This has been a great cruise in the past, and if I had known in advance I would have promoted this over on the NVMC club site. If this cruise didn't happen, is there going to be one scheduled? I would like to promote as many events, cruises, and car shows on the NVMC site.

I would like to do it. Wanna plan for a later date? Has to be on a Saturday though. I can check with the boss and see what she has planned for me for August. Maybe the 17th or the 31st? Just a thought since I know there were a bunch of people that wanted to go.

I think the 31st of August would work the best, would give sufficient time to promote the cruise, research other restaurants, dry run the cruise. You know all the things it takes to make one successful.
