Hi,

I am the proud owner of a 2011 GT Mustang--black with red racing stripes, Brembo and lots more. Sadly, the car was special ordered by my father, who passed away before having a chance to drive it.

Proudly, my father was a Purple Heart recipient from the Battle of the Bulge. He may be the oldest person who has ever placed a special order for a Mustang GT; he was 86 years old at the time. An avid car magazine subscriber and muscle car fan (3 Mustangs, 2 Trans Ams and 1 Corvette owned over the years), he had been looking forward to this fabulous V8 for many months before placing his order. He loved just looking at it... and I treasure the memory of him every time I drive it.
