Just a couple questions about membership.

1. Does the annual dues cover both member and spouse?
2. Does the dues run January through December or coincide with the actual month you join?
(I ask because since its mid October wondering whether I should wait until the beginning of the year to join.)
3. I couldnt get the Application page that Double D linked in another membership post to work. What information is needed and how is best way to send that information if Paypal is used?
