I'll go ahead and make an updated version of the membership application and run it around for approval. Once we all like it, I'll post it in the membership area for applicants to use. |

I finally had the chance to upload the club application. You'll find it is a printable pdf version on the 'join' link from the main page - at a link where the page describes how to join. Should be very easy to see. |
