Need recommendation for a reliable performance trans shop in the SEPA, NEMD area. I have an AOD with 4r70w internals, one piece shaft, big pan, lentech VB for 1, 2, 3 shifting plus switch for OD and a 3k converter....but I keep eating this damn things.....I've literally been forced to rebuild it now every spring 3 years in a row...and it just blow up again this afternoon.

Sorry to hear about the blown trans. I hae hear that setup is good for anywhere between 450hp to 600+ HP. What do you think you are putting down? How is the trans braking?

400 at the back tire.

No trans brake.

This time it broke because I didn't turn the OD off and went to the track...darn thing popped into OD in the middle of the race at WOT....burned up all the clutches leaving it a slipping boat anchor

Going to give Anthony a shot at it over in Conowingo.

Besides the normal ones like Lentech and PA,...

Revolution Automotive uses a guy at Bowie Transmission for performance AT. I can ask for the name if you are interested. Mike on CCM works with Rev Auto. He might also know the name. Good luck.

I had my AOD done by Chris Lindell at Kellin Performance Transmissions. Very reasonable prices.
He is near Christiana Mall. Take a look at his web site...
