Least they could have done was to drive bigger SUV's or something for their safety. Little Civics wouldn't be my choice of vehichle if I were to be involved in something like that. I think that todays cars are designed better and can handle the increase in speeds, but can the drivers handle the cars at increased speeds? Speaking of increased speeds, I'm off to Howard Co court house for my speeding ticket!
