Picked up one of those GoPro cameras. Played around with it yesterday on the black Mustang. If I ever get to go on a cruise I will bring it.

Dave i bought one before we went to the 45th anny and put inside of my car and it came out dark because of the tint. but i have mounted it on the top of my windshield outside and worked better . i used it at Summit Point but forgot to turn it on. lol. imagine that. but will try for CJ's cruise. My stepson is taking his King Cobra. are you going???

I want to but we are having my Grandmother's birthday party that day she will be 91. It all depends on what time the party starts. If it is late enough I will try to go up but will just have to leave early. If I do I'll bring the camera also.

Surprisingly steady. I am wondering about the type of mic used. Perhaps if it is a uni-directional there might be a way to rig up a shield thingy to cut down/out the wind noises and still hear the pipes. Dilemma, inside less noise-outside better view. I followed Elliot (Dominator) last Catoctin Mt. cruise and he got great shots of me. I got great shots of him when we changed the camera to mine and he followed. Looks like the best of both worlds is the camera on the lead car for low noise and good view. Try letting your wife lead you somewhere and get your vid.

The mount I used was the suction cup mount. It is very steady. The only reason it was moving on the bumper was because the bumper was shaking.

The camera comes with two doors for the case one with holes and one without. Maybe the one without will cut down on the wind noise. The directions say under 100 mph use the one with holes and over 100 mph use the one without holes. When using the door without holes it is waterproof too.
