Rim info?

Ok so along the long list of thigns that I would like to change on my car, the rims are one of them.

I've gotten the 5-4.5 bolt pattern info easily, but I am searching for the maximum width that can be installed in the rear and in the front (seperate sizes) and what the heck is the offset(s) that are acceptable.

Looking at the Crager S/S 15" as replacements. They have 15x10!! :yikes:

Not too sure if that will fit, or even if that will look ok. A more reasonable situation would be (4x) 5x7 or (2x)5x7 front and (2x) 5x8 for the rear.
