Is registration necessary....discounts are not the issue nor do I need a reservation.
Since it's so far out on the calendar, it may not work.

Yes, registration is necessary as the attractions we are visiting require a head count beforehand and the Hotel requires a rooming list. The meal pre-selections ensure that a large group receives a delicious meal without having to endure long periods of time to be waited on or the food being cold due to a large number of people. Di and I strive to give the participants of the cruise the most enjoyable time for their money and the registration helps to ensure this is done.
The deadline for registration is not until March 15 but we advise people to register as early as possible to ensure the best accommodations.

Thanks for the comment. Everyone that went on the trip expressed that they had a very enjoyable time and a fun weekend. It was a great group of people and I think a lot of new friendships were made. Pics and a summary of the weekend will be posted on the forum soon Di and I are glad you and Kathy participated in the weekend and enjoyed the trip. We didn't forget you guys after you left to head home due to the brake problem. Everyone in the group hoped you made it home safe.
