A very nice update from Dead Freddies...

"We have some really good news... we were able to secure additional parking on the street up from us at Dead Freddies. It is at the municipal city building between 65th and 66th Street. We have an additional 50 parking spaces there."

We'll all be taking the cruise on Friday afternoon and the car show is held on Saturday. You need to be at Dead Freddie's early on Saturday morning as the lot fills up fast.

We called the hotel. They said they are not giving discounts to MCOM members this year.

I'm at the Hampton inn which seems to a pretty good location

Members are spread out all over, no real central hotel. We are staying at the Econolodge Oceanfront at 30th Street. Stayed there last year and it was good.

There was a little time and difficulty getting everyone out on Coastal Highway at the beginning (no police blocking the intersection this year) but the cruise went well. We had 88 Mustangs in the cruise which provided a great photo op at the Fenwick parking area especially for those that could get the whole set of 88 cars in the pic.
