Congratulations Bruce on organizing and leading this terrific tour of the Antique Auto Museum in Hershey, PA.!

Looks like you had a great turnout for this event and I'm sorry that I couldn't be there with you as I had a previous family commitment. If you ever decide to do this event again I would definitely want to participate!

The Museum is very interesting and of course I liked the model train garden. Glad that you had great weather and a fun filled, exciting day. Your photos and commentary on the forum really let everyone who couldn't be there to share this experience feel like they were there. Great Job!

Thanks for the compliments. But I have to share them with Di. For this tour, and the 17 or so 1-, 2-, and 3-day tours that we planned and led for our antique car club, Di has always been beside me helping with contacting people, planning the itinerary, developing the route, checking out the stops, and more. Di and I always enjoy planning a fun tour for fellow club members.

This was definitely a team effort and I'm sure that Di, who has been involved in organizing so many other auto related events, really made this happen. Anyone who has not participated in organizing an event such as this doesn't have the slightest clue as to how much time and effort went into pulling this whole thing off. Great job to both of you!

I also applaud when club members take the initiative to run something like this on their own. The success of any club, begins with the membership and different ideas that make this hobby enjoyable. Also taking the leadership roll is an important part of each member, as it is also important to have "new blood" in the leadership positions every couple of years.

It was a wonderful day. I enjoyed the chance to hang out with my son(and yes he really is only 15) in the sun. I found the drive to be wonderful. The museum was very nice. Had such an amazing array of automobiles.

It was great hanging out with all of you guys. Let's do it again soon.

WOW Di and I just saw the video and we both agree it is great! Thank you for your and Craig's work in putting it together. Its a great video summary of the cruise. No worry about the wait. Good things come to those that wait and drive Mustangs!

I made it to a lot of places and even made my Eagle but i never made it to Philmont which i regret.

My son is a Life Scout so we are working on Eagle now. It's the one thing my son really wanted to do during his scout career and I'm glad our Troop did it. We actually had two crews out there. It's not easy that's for sure but when you get done you feel like you've accomplished something. It definitely brings the crew closer together. Hiking and camping with the same people for 12 days will do that. My Dad was there in '63 and still talks about it today.

I'm putting together a movie from the pictures and video we all took while out there. I will post it in the video section when I get it done.

Logan just got his Life. He says he wants to get his Eagle within the year. You know how that works though. Only one boy in our troop is really interested in Philmont. So he went and joined a Venture crew also to make sure he could go.
