Bowling February 23rd at 2:00pm AMF Pikesville Lanes

For those of you who don't know I was trying to plan a bowling event at AMF in Pikesville on February 23rd at 2:00pm. AMF wanted half the money up front and they wanted to know an exact number of people attending three days prior to the event. With a club our size this just wasn't going to work so Bob came up with the idea of just showing up at AMF and have our bowling event. I brought this idea up at the January meeting and the rest of the club agreed that they would be ok with this. So we are going wing it. I already know that this is a slow day for AMF and they have no leagues going on. As a club we all agreed that even if we only were able to get one lane its really about hanging out and socializing with each other and we would all still have fun. The Pikesville AMF is a very large bowling alley with 20 duck pin lanes and 20 ten pin lanes so I really don't think we will have an issue. The address is listed below so who's interested in coming?

I will give this a try. I haven't bowled in many years due to my back problems. I could probably bowl now that I've had my back surgery. I do know that the bowling ball I had used for many years while a league bowler no longer fits my hand anymore.

I'm in for hanging out and socializing. My Chiropractor wouldn't appreciated me throwing (literally, cause that's how I bowl) bowling balls after 5 months of adjustments. :nono:

I have never been to a bowling alley that didn't serve beer! I think they would go out of business if they didn't. I know leagues don't allow drinking during tournaments but otherwise game on! :drinkingbuddies:
