Here is our notice from the Dundalk Heritage parade...
Mustang Club, Please make sure all cars are clean (we've had a problem with other clubs in the past) and decorated.
Please try not to have too many cars. You are one of three car clubs in the parade. Please meet at the side of the store building near Broening Road behind the Highs store. There's some space there. We would like to have all the car clubs wait there until it's time for them to join the parade. Your club is the first club out so you should be at the front of the group. There's construction on the lot and space is tight so it'll be easier if you're all in one area so we can find you when we need you. Thanks, Pat

If you are Red (R), please line up on the Logan Village Shopping Center lot between the Highs Store and the sign at the center Main entrance.
Red Floats should line up in order on the street in that same area.
If you are White (W), please line up on the Logan Village Shopping Center lot between the sign at the center Main entrance and the back of the lot where the construction is.
White Floats should line up in order on the street in that same area.
If you are Blue (B), either a car, float, walkers, whatever - please line up on Dundalk Avenue on the street past the alley. All Blue entries will line up in order on the street on Dundalk Avenue past the alley.
When you line up, please attempt to check with the floats/vehicles both in front of and behind you for their line-up designation number to make sure you are in the proper order.
Please arrive no later than 7:15 a.m. at your designated line-up area, which is indicated above.
Please bring this form with you on the morning of the 4th of July so you/your organization can be placed in proper lineup order as quickly as possible.
Please communicate to all those in your group their Parade designation so they can find their proper location.
PLEASE… if you or members of your group are leaving a vehicle on the Logan Shopping Center parking lot during the Parade, DO NOT park it in the area from the middle of the lot to the street. That area is needed to line up the Parade. Park in the area near the stores. Please be sure to communicate this to all members of your group. Parking will be at a premium. Car pooling is strongly suggested.
NOTICE OF PARADE RULES AND GUIDELINES
1. All units of the parade must keep contact with the unit in front of them. The parade must be in continuous movement with NO GAPS created by stopping along the parade route for extended performances.
2. Participants must adhere to the established lineup order and no change is permitted without consent of the Parade Committee Chairman.
3. Nothing can be given out along the Parade Route from curb to curb. (The route is defined as the Baltimore County permitted streets of the parade). This includes leaflets, business cards or the like, and especially no tossing out of candy.
4. All participants are expected to clean up their own debris from the lots and staging areas.
(Streets along the route present a massive clean-up operation).
Please do not leave litter.
The safety of you and the viewers are our paramount concern.
5. NOTICE TO ALL MOTORIZED VEHICLES
(CARS, TRUCKS, ATVs, MOTORCYCLES, 4 WHEELERS, etc.) Absolutely NO TRICKS or SHOWS of any kind are to be performed along the Parade Route. The dangers of an accident involving spectators and/or participants are too great to take such a risk. Please be cautious along the Parade route.
There will be no warnings. Any violations may result in you or your organization being removed & excluded from future parade participation.
6. Each participant must be at the designated lineup area by 7:15 a.m. and must adhere to the established line-up order.
