Congratualtions to Bob for arranging to have the reporter from the Frederick News Post available to write the story about our club and our annual cruise through the Catoctin Mountains of Frederick County.

Bob had asked me to write up a brief history of our club and the various activities and events we do as a club to help the reporter with her story. She took some of that information alng with our interviews to create a nice story about our annual cruise through Frederick County. She seemed very interested in the origins of the Mustang and loved the human interest aspect of how the Mustang became an American Icon.

This was a good opportunity to promote the club and give us added exposure around the state.

My son Alex and I had a great time on Sunday meeting alot of new friends .
It could not have been better organized, with a great route through spectacular scenery!
Looking forward to joining many more events in the future!! :btu:

The photos of the cruise have been posted in the Events section of the Forum under Catoctin Mountain Cruise Pictures.

We should have photographed all of the cars that took part in the cruise so look for your ride!

Special thanks to my photography buddy Clark who took some awesome photos while a passenger in my car! He also took a lot of the photos while we were at the State Farm Insurance Building in Frederick as I was being interviewed by the reporter for the Frederick News Post.

I hope that everyone who participated had a good time and we look forward to doing this again next year!
