We had a nice turnout. The weather never really warm-up. But the snow held off until I got home. I hope every avoided the snow. We met some new members today. Marvin's wife Carol (Corrected...) brought decorations for many cars. Thx.

My wife Linda, and me, really enjoyed our 1st St. Pat's Parade, we met some really wonderful member. We really enjoyed that Pizza, after getting lost, then walking back to our cars, The Snow started for us on I70 near Woodbine, MD. Looking forward to going to the History of the Mustang, at the Bowie, MD library

Thanks guys for making my first parade enjoyable. I really had a lot of fun. It started snowing after I got home to Dundalk. But the ice cream truck was still out and about.

We had an excellent turnout for the for St. Patrick's Day Parade! Our thanks to Parade Coordinator Dave Rummel for organizing and getting the message out about the Parade. We lucked out with the weather as it remained dry until after the parade ended.

It was nice to some welcome some new members to an MCOM event. Nate & Rachel came by my house this morning and followed me to the Dunkin Donuts and our meeting area. A big thanks to Bill Lorenz for leading the parade in his beautiful convertible.

I was delighted to see Dolly Kelly and Linda Queen come to support us despite being a bit under the weather. I enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone at the parade including some new members like Ed & Linda, Caitlin, Tony, and some folks who I never got their names. Don't worry, your cars were photographed and are part of this long photo essay on the parade. A big thanks to Carol Robertson and Hubby Marvin who took a few photos of me by my car, as I'm usually never in the pictures
that get posted. A big thanks to Clark Sirka for helping me do a quick detail on the Red Baron. Both Linda and Denise got "Croftgated" as I demonstrated Croftgate's Project X on their cars to darken and enhance the paint on their cars.

For the newcomers we hope that you enjoyed this experience. It's a great feeling to be part of a huge parade and have a lively crowd cheering for you and your Mustang! My brother Alan acts as my photography assistant during the parade to take photos along the parade route. So for better or worse Caitlin, your car is in a lot of our photos!

I edited the photos but keep in mind that Alan was taking photos through the tinted glass of the windshield. These pictures capture what we saw along the parade route when we weren't busy revving our engines to please the crowd.

Please mark your calendars for Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 2 pm for the special program we will be hosting at the Bowie Library where we will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang! After the program we will all gather on the parking lot for a rally and than for those interested a short trip to Glory Days restaurant. All in all an exciting day!

This is a great event and provides a lot of time for socializing. It was a good move to meet up at the Dunkin Donuts on Guilford Ave. as this gave everyone an opportunity to grab a coffee or juice or soda and a snack before we proceeded to our staging area. As a professional photographer I try my best to show off our members cars in the best possible way. It is my brother Alan's idea to take the pictures along the parade route which makes for a more interesting photo display.

Once there people had time to do a final detail to their cars and basically just lounge around and talk until the parade starts. We were right there at the beginning of the parade route so we got to see all of the action right up close by.

You and Di really need to put this event on your schedule for next year. This is one of the best parades to be in.
