 Post subject: Fatal Mustang Accident

There was a fatal accident in Harford County that shutdown Rt 1 near Reckord Road early this morning. I was told the accident involved a box truck (or tractor trailer depending on source) and a newer dark blue Mustang. The truck driver was taken to a trauma center by helicopter but the driver of the Mustang was killed. Im hoping it isnt one of the MCOM members that was killed. Anyone have any further information on this accident?

I saw that on the news last night. NOT ME!!!! :) On Reckord road ? correct? there is always bad accidents there... I didn't hear what kind of car it was but from the little glimpse of the car in the video I thought it looked like a Mustang... :(

All the print news stories said it was a Mustang. I saw a photo showing just the rear of the car and it definitely was a Mustang, looked like an 11 or 12. The rear was about the only part not damaged.

Scott, yes it was on Rt 1 on the curve near Reckord, Road. The news reports stated that the victims name was Lentz age 20 from Forest Hill.

James, I agree with your comment. I didnt mean for my comment to sound exclusive to MCOM members.
