Dont know if anyone is aware of this site but they have alot
of really cool signs for your man cave or garage. I just picked up a bunch
for my basement and backyard, they have some that are cheaper
than hot rod hardware or other sites, I also picked up some deals
on Amazon.com. Check it out!

That's a great site for vintage signs Tony! :btu:

I have quite a few of the railroad signs as they decorate my basement where I have my 8'x16' O Gauge model train layout.
I have a sign for every railroad that I have and engine and caboose. So far I have over 35 engines!

I also have a few Mustang signs but could alsways use more!

Thanks for posting this link.

You're more than welcome to stop by sometime to see my train layout Tony as we keep it up permanently. You can PM me if your interested in seeing it sometime especially if you have small children.

I've been in the model train hobby since 1999 and could have owned a Shelby Mustang for what I have invested in my train collection and my layout. My layout was actually featured in the January 2011 edition of O Gauge Railroading Magazine. This magazine has a large subscriber base plus it is sold in retail stores and hobby shops all over the country and even around the world.

I had phone calls and email from people all over the US, Australia, Canada and England after my layout was featured in the magazine.

Maybe I'll take a few photos of some of my signs and post them on this thread in the next few days.

Very Cool, its always great when your recognized for the hard work you do! I do have small kids and I know
they would like the trains, do you have like a special Christmas layout for the upcoming season? I know it would be good to get the kids out for a change and see something neat! Thanks for the invite! :btu:

Tony,

Have you ever been to Kennilworth Shopping Center in Towson to see their annual train layout? Our train layout is a smaller version of what they do. We have Dept.56 villages and 28 or so animations including an operating circus and amusement park.

We generally have a lot of visitors come through during the holiday season because it is like the fire house displays on steroids! We turn off the lights in the room and all you can see are the lighted buildings and animations and the lights from the trains themselves.

I belong to two model train clubs and I usually host a pary for them around the holidays.

Just PM me to let me know when you want to come over. Depending on how old your kids are I can let them run the remote controls for the computer operated trains. The kids love to press the buttons and make the whistle blow and control the speed of the trains. I have my accessories wired up so that they run whenever the trains are running instead of pushing buttons to operate them. It creates more action on the layout.
